To appear for the NEET students are required to meet certain eligibility criteria with respect to Graduate Medical Education.
Candidates applying for NEET must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from recognized boards with Biology/Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics and English as core subjects. Those students appearing for 10+2 are also eligible for appearing for NEET.
Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31st of the respective year of appearing for the qualifying exam. The upper age limit clause is removed until the Supreme court declares its verdict on it.
The aggregate marks of PCB subjects are considered for qualifying. Based on the category of the candidate the qualifying marks varies.

No. NEET exam is conducted offline. The candidates will be provided with OMR sheets for marking the answers.
2. What is the schedule of NEET 2020?
As of now, NEET 2020 is scheduled to be conducted on 13th September 2020. However, you need to check it frequently. As there are chances that it may be rescheduled due to the present scenario.
3. What is the application fee for NEET 2020 entrance?
The application fee for SC/ST/PWD/Transgender is ₹800
For OBC-NCL, General-EWS is ₹1400

4. Are there any limitations regarding the number of attempts for NEET?
The number of attempts for NEET was limited to 03 times. Nevertheless, the limitation has been removed with effect from NEET 2020. The matter is in the court and the final verdict is awaited. Candidates can appear provisionally for NEET 2020 as the decision from the court is pending.
5. How to apply for NEET entrance exam 2020?
You must visit the official website of NEET and apply online. The payment for the exam has to be paid through Net Banking/ Credit/ Debit cards or UPI.
6. Which is the agency authorised for the exam?
National Testing Agency (NTA) is the agency authorised to conduct NEET exam.
7. How will I know that the fee has been paid successfully?
You will receive a confirmation message on the web page, with fee payment details at the bottom, regarding successful completion of the payment.
8. What are the basic requirements of photograph upload?
The earlier directives stipulated uploading a recent passport size photograph with name and date written at the bottom of the photograph. However, the latest instructions regarding the same indicate that name and date at the bottom of the photo is not necessary.
9. Can I edit the form once submitted?
You can edit only some sections of the application. Viz. birthplace, the medium of the question, choice of NEET exam city, address, academic info and parents’ name.
10. What is the question pattern of NEET 2020?
The questions for NEET entrance exam-2020 will be from Physics(45), Chemistry(45) and Biology(90). 180 questions will be asked for 720 marks. The candidates should mark the answers in an OMR sheet. The exam is conducted in 11 languages.
