Online payment for Student Fee

Alpha reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. In particular, Alpha may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Website. In such an event, Alpha reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be.

The payments made are subject to following conditions:-

1. The Institute shall not be liable for payment of fee which was deposited to the wrong account due to quoting of incorrect information. No liability will be accepted by the Institute if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.

2. The fee is non-refundable therefore, hence, not permitted to claim the refund through a dispute route on banking.

DATA Privacy

Institute treats all the personal data obtained via Internet and Institute website as per Institute DATA Privacy Policy strictly and as per regulations set down for the protection of data collected from people visiting Institute website. The personal data that has possibly been known will be kept secret and privacy will be maintained and the information will be used exclusively for the purpose for which it was made known to the Institute. The DATA will neither be made accessible to third parties nor transferred in any form or manner unless required by law.

No Warranty

The information and materials contained in this site including, graphics, links or other items are provided as on “As Is” and “As Available” basis by the

Institute which organized and tries to provide information accurately and expressly disclaims liability for error or omission in this information and materials. No warranty of any kind, implied, express or statutory shall be given by the Institute shall not be limited to the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from computer virus is given in conjunction with the information and materials.

Limitation of Liability

In no event, Institute will be liable for any damage direct or indirect losses or expenses arising in connection with site or use thereof inability to use by any person delay of operation or transaction, computer virus etc.

Refund Policy

All your payments made on Alpha are eligible for a refund. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request. Refunds are done after deducting the value of consumed hours on a pro-rata basis.

Duplicate Payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the user will be processed within 7 working days after intimation by the user.
